About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the development of business strategies in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in people management, marketing and communications, with a strong track record of achieving organisational objectives.

  • Lead a team of professionals to develop and implement business strategies in Singapore.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing business strategies in Singapore, aligned with the organisation's global goals.
  2. Leading a team of professionals to achieve organisational objectives, including sales, marketing and communications.
  3. Managing budgets to achieve financial targets, while ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, to drive business growth and development.
  5. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • At least 7 years of related experience, including people management and marketing and communications.
  • Proven track record of achieving organisational objectives, with a focus on sales, marketing and communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
