Job Title

Senior Cost Estimator - Project Budget Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our construction team as a Senior Cost Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinating tender submissions.

  • Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets based on project specifications and site requirements.
  • Manage contractual relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender documents for projects.
  • Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
  • Process interim valuations and manage payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities, schedules, and other required documentation.
  • Compile and present regular financial reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction is preferred.
  • Civil engineering experience, particularly in road works, earthworks, and drainage works, is highly valued.
