Job Summary
The Global Head of Store Operations will lead and implement operational procedures, systems, and business processes for RazerStore globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, maximize profit, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review metrics and reporting for all stores and ensure corrective action to remedy issues and deficiencies.
- Collaborate with logistics, order management, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve internal SOPs about inventory receiving, transfers, returns, and RMA.
- Implement end-to-end inventory tracking systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory records.
- Partner with regional retail teams to improve inventory management metrics by strengthening control procedures.
- Ensure RazerStore maintains a safe and secure environment for store employees and customers globally.
- Stay updated with local regulations, ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Implement risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in retail operations management and project planning.
- Proven expertise in retail operations management and project planning.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent personal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Managerial experience in flagship store or multiple stores or countries operations are required.
- Experience building retail operating standards and scaling processes to meet the needs of the brand.
- Ability to travel across regional markets on a regular basis to support the needs of a growing retail organization.
