Job Title: Preschool Centre Admin

Little Paddington Preschool Serangoon Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preschool Centre Admin to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage petty cash, daily collections, and centre enrolment reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Input data on the ONE ECDA website, including new teachers' information and Leave of Absence (LON) records, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Enter details on the CCLS website, such as subsidies, enrolment information, parents' particulars, and reports of infectious diseases, maintaining confidentiality and precision.
  • Prepare and manage monthly forms, including sign-in/sign-out logs and school bus attendance forms, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support parents in purchasing merchandise and enrolling in enrichment programmes, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Conduct stock-takes and restock supplies, including merchandise and stationery, maintaining a well-stocked and organized centre.
  • Usher children to and from school buses, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Handle the collection of school fees, issue invoices and receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order groceries and other essential items needed for school operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Assist the Principals with various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field, with a strong foundation in administration and education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or childcare setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
