ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being a cornerstone of MindChamps’ pre-school business, this leadership role is responsible for the smooth running of the various preschool centres to meet the Company’s business goals and curriculum objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the various preschool centresEnhance the learning outcome for the centres under management. This includes guiding the centres on curriculum-related matters, mentoring the centre principals and staff and ensuring quality assurance.Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approach to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competenciesChart the direction of the centres and development milestones to meet organisational goalsEnsure continuity of staffing needs so as to support effective delivery of the curriculum and provide conducive and safe environment for the childrenActively engage with parents and the community to establish and build strong rapport to project a professional imageEnsure regulatory compliance to licensing, health and safety and other regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance to SOPs in financial, human resource and administrative managementKeep abreast of the evolving trends in preschool education and monitor the competitive advantage

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Early ChildhoodMinimum 10 years’ relevant experience in operations and human resource managementExcellent leadership and strategic decision-making skillsResourceful, with multi-tasking and organisational skills
