Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the centre's growth and success, aligning with the PAP Community Foundation's mission and vision.
• Communicate the centre's mission and values to all staff, ensuring a unified understanding and commitment to excellence.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the centre, garnering support from key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among centre schools within the cluster, driving performance improvement and excellence.
• Work closely with the administrative team to optimize centre operations, including finance, human resources, and resource allocation, to build a strong preschool program.
• Conduct thorough learning needs analysis to identify professional development opportunities for staff, promoting career growth and advancement.
• Enhance the centre's reputation through high-quality educational programs, organizational excellence, and the professionalism of teaching staff.
• Supervise centre teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of a meaningful, engaging, and child-centred curriculum aligned with the ECDA ECE Framework.
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment that fosters children's exploration, experimentation, and knowledge acquisition.
• Monitor children's progress and development, using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Lead, coach, and inspire staff to contribute their expertise, creativity, and skills towards delivering a curriculum that meets children's needs.
• Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, orientation, performance appraisal, learning needs analysis, and exit interviews, for senior teachers, teachers, and administrative staff.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment, providing exceptional care to children under their charge.
• Execute projects allocated by the Management, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level credits with grade B4 in English Language
• Diploma in Pre-school Education – Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T), or equivalent recognized by ECDA
• Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), or equivalent recognized by ECDA, and/or
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool setting
