Preschool Center Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Center Administrator to join our team at KF EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Principal and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the preschool center. This includes providing customer care services to students and their parents, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Principal and ensure the smooth operation of the preschool center.
- Provide customer care services to students and their parents, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Minimum 3 GCE 'O' levels / Diploma.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different cultures and languages.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Basic Salary: $3000~$3500.
- Mon-Fri: Normal Working Hours (Exact Timing Will Brief During Interview).
- Weekly: 5 Days Work (Good Work / Life / Balance).
- Rest Day: Sat & Sun.
- OT: Not Required.
