IT Support Specialist Role

This is a dynamic technical service desk position that offers the opportunity to work on global projects and collaborate with international teams.

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and occasional deskside assistance to ensure timely incident resolution and request management.\
  • Log, track, and escalate tickets as necessary, working closely with second/ third line teams and ITIL process functions.\
  • Serve as a key communication link between users, regional IT officers, training teams, and global support teams.\
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by keeping users updated, meeting agreed service levels, and providing guidance to colleagues when needed.\
  • Develop knowledge of business operations to improve service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement.\
  • Perform tasks such as monitoring and responding to system incidents, resolving technical problems, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal system performance.\\
