About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our DeFi initiatives, driving innovative growth strategies and product development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 industry, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in product strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for CEX-related DeFi projects, leveraging data-driven insights to drive AUM growth.
  • Lead marketing efforts for DeFi products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, informing product roadmap decisions.
  • Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product optimization.

Requirements
  1. 5-8 years of experience in product strategy or management.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Deep understanding of the Web3 industry, with prior experience in exchanges, VCs, or project teams preferred.
