Blockchain Integration Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DeFi protocol integration and smart contract development, with a strong understanding of blockchain environments including EVM, SVM, and MVM.

The role involves building and maintaining integrations with major DeFi protocols, developing gas-efficient smart contracts, and optimizing execution pipelines for each chain. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring, benchmarking, and tuning systems for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protocol Integration: Build and maintain integrations with major DeFi protocols.
  • Smart Contract Development: Develop gas-efficient smart contracts for seamless protocol interactions.
  • Execution Pipeline Optimization: Optimize execution pipelines for each chain, including order routing and transaction broadcasting.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor, benchmark, and tune systems for optimal performance.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with DeFi protocol integration and smart contract development.
  • Backend Programming Skills: Proficiency in backend or system programming languages, such as Rust or Typescript.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain environments including EVM, SVM, and MVM.
  • Latency-Sensitive System Experience: Experience building latency-sensitive systems, preferably in trading or financial applications.
  • Performance Tuning Tools: Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning tools and techniques (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, custom latency metrics).
