As the DeFi Projects Lead at Aethir, you will be at the forefront of identifying and executing decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations that drive growth and adoption. This role requires a strategic and technical expert with a deep understanding of DeFi ecosystems. You will proactively explore integration opportunities, lead discussions with external partners, and collaborate with internal teams to bring projects to fruition. Your efforts will shape how Aethir interacts with the DeFi landscape, ensuring the successful implementation and promotion of integrations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Exploration: Identify and evaluate new opportunities for DeFi integrations that align with Aethir’s goals and ecosystem.
- Partner Engagement: Initiate and lead conversations with DeFi projects and protocols, ensuring alignment on technical and strategic objectives.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with internal product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with Aethir’s architecture.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote DeFi integrations and drive user engagement.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, protocols, and developments in the DeFi space to maintain a competitive edge.
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of DeFi integrations, from initial discussions to post-launch performance analysis.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of core experience in the DeFi space, working with top projects or protocols.
- Deep technical and functional understanding of DeFi ecosystems, including smart contracts, liquidity pools, and tokenomics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
