The Business Development team plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. As a Business Development specialist, you will be responsible for developing and growing FOMO Pay's business in the Remittance and Digital Payment Token business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will build strong industry connections, generate new revenue streams, and seek referrals from existing clients and stakeholders to achieve sales targets and secure new clients with good revenue potential
  2. Conduct personalized meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  3. Follow-up on new and existing business leads to identify new revenue streams, partnerships and/or acquisition opportunities
  4. Recognize and anticipate triggers based on client behaviour to engage with clients who request to terminate/downgrade relationship
  5. Support the team to conduct market analysis and develop executable strategies to capture new market opportunities in the fast-growing digital industry
  6. Proactively hunt for potential clients, referrals, and strategic partnerships through events, targeted cold outreach (via email and phone), and leveraging referrals from both new and existing clients
  7. Proactively analyze, monitor, and manage your personal quarterly KPI targets
