Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service Crew member. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth communication between kitchen staff and management, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, processing payments and managing cash handling, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • E nsure smooth communication between kitchen staff and management by effectively communicating orders, ingredients, and inventory levels.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, cleaning equipment and utensils, and disposing of waste properly.

  • Process payments and manage cash handling by operating a point-of-sale system, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service excellence by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to provide high-quality service to customers.
