Service Team Member

The Service Team Member is responsible for presenting menus to patrons, taking orders and answering questions on meal items. They make recommendations, serve food and beverages to customers, prepare bills with total meal costs and sales taxes, and perform cashiering duties.

- Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy and ability to use essential features of a computer
- Tablet Operations: Ability to use primary functions and applications of a tablet
