Our team is looking for a dedicated and friendly Service Team Member to join our restaurant team. This role involves providing excellent service to all guests, handling food and beverage orders, and assisting fellow team members in the preparation and setting up of food service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and excellent service to all guests.
  • Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
  • Assist fellow team members in the preparation and setting up of food service.
  • Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
  • Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification; willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
