**Job Title:** Service Team Member

 

At our restaurant, we're looking for a talented and customer-focused team member to join our crew. As a Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating.
  • Accurately record food or drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Clear tables, clean dining areas, and maintain a neat and presentable environment.
  • Process bills and handle payments efficiently.
  • Offer menu suggestions and address customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, such as restocking supplies or assisting during busy periods.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior F&B experience is preferred.
