Service Team Member

Our team is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Team Member to join our dynamic service crew. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, taking reservations, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality food and beverages.

Job Description:
  • Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience by delivering attentive, courteous, and prompt service.
  • Take reservations, inquiries, and orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
  • Participate in daily opening, operating, and closing procedures.
  • Escalate any issues or feedback to the Duty Manager in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive service attitude and willingness to learn.
