Job Description:

As a member of our service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, providing menus and explaining daily specials, taking orders accurately and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff, delivering meals and beverages in a timely manner, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the dining area.

Our service crew members are responsible for creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for our customers. This involves being enthusiastic, keen to learn, and having a good attitude. You will also be required to work effectively as part of a team, support fellow crew members during busy shifts, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome customers warmly and make them feel at ease.
  • Menu Provision: Provide menus and explain daily specials to customers.
  • Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders from customers and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serving Food and Drinks: Deliver meals and beverages to customers' tables in a timely manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Assist in keeping tables clean and organised, including clearing away used dishes and resetting tables.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarise yourself with the restaurant's menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Handling Payments: Process customer payments, including cash and credit transactions, and provide receipts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Non-executive specialisation in F&B services or equivalent.
  • No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand for long hours and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication skills, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Enthusiasm, keenness to learn, and a good attitude.
  • Ability to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
