Effective Product Manager for Microsoft 365 Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and support the ongoing management and expansion of Microsoft 365 services across government agencies. This individual will be responsible for defining and enforcing government-wide policies, driving adoption, and ensuring secure and effective use of M365 across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, including Intune policy configuration, tenant-level administration and management, and Power Platform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding agencies into the HQ Microsoft 365 tenant
- Defining and managing configurations and policies, including Intune, BYOD, compliance, and security settings
- Evaluating and reviewing M365 product features and updates, and assessing their relevance and readiness for agency rollout
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including policy, cybersecurity, and end-user support teams
- Working closely with vendors, SIs, and internal teams to deliver on product and project goals
- Monitoring usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the existing product owner by sharing the growing workload in M365 management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of combined experience in product and project management.
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, including Intune policy configuration, tenant-level administration and management, and Power Platform experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications.
Experience with large-scale M365 onboarding or digital workplace transformation.
