Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
Manage and maintain all Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Yammer.
Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD.
Monitor service health, usage analytics, and system performance.
Security & Compliance
Implement data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations using Microsoft Purview and Compliance Center.
Endpoint Management (Intune)
Deploy and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune.
Configure device compliance policies and application deployment.
Integrate Intune with Azure AD and other security tools.
Collaboration & Productivity
Support and optimize Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions.
Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and best practices.
Automation & Scripting
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow enhancements.
Project Management & Strategy
Lead or support Microsoft 365-related projects including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 capabilities with business needs.
Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and recommend new features or improvements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 security tools.
Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
