About the Role

As an Enterprise ServiceNow Technical Lead at FUJITSU ASIA PTE LTD, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations and support.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our ServiceNow technical team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to drive business value and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment.
