We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Visionary to lead our ServiceNow platform efforts at Advance Solutions Infotech PTE. LTD.

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our existing architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce architectural controls to guarantee the adoption of best-in-class technical solutions for delivering business outcomes.
  • Cultivate expertise in integrations with 3rd party applications, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Recommend emerging technologies and process enhancements, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Analyze the impact of new requirements, providing strategic guidance.
  • Resolve complex technical escalations, including responding to defects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in process and requirement workshops, contributing expertise on best practices and streamlined processes and systems.
  • Manage all updates, enhancements, patches, and environment changes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Consult with Product Owners on strategy, design, and engineering of the Platform.
  • Create a target state vision through designs, standards, and patterns, driving long-term success.
  • Evaluate technical debt for criticality and scope, informing informed decision-making.
  • Advise implementation design to ensure alignment with best practice and scalability, minimizing risks.
  • Identify and communicate platform capabilities and opportunities for platform roadmaps.
  • Review and approve new standards, patterns, and practices, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, technology leadership, business consumers, and technical governance to drive collective success.
  • Contribute to community forums and communities of practice within the company, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Participate in SCRUM activities: Understand team deliverables and communicate prioritized work lists for delivery.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess experience with ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certifications, a proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, and expertise in ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Sprints for agile project delivery.

A minimum of 5 successful ServiceNow implementations is required, along with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and capabilities.

The selected candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, CSM, FSM, ITOM Pro, SPM, ITAM, IRM, and CMDB, as well as proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, and automation tools is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ServiceNow implementation and architecture
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its features
  • Expertise in ITSM and other ServiceNow modules
  • Ability to design GenAI Now Assist solutions and Performance Analytics Dashboards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
