Senior Technical Account Manager

Kaltura is a global leader in the video market, and we're looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their video experience is seamless and efficient.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with global Fortune 500 companies, managing high-touch and strategic accounts. You'll be responsible for handling case management, providing timely responses, and proactively contributing to internal documentation and knowledge sharing with teammates.
We're looking for someone who is customer-obsessed, has a strong attention to detail, and is able to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a background in technical support, we'd love to hear from you.
