What You Will Be Doing at Nexus
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging and navigating complex technical deals, managing technical aspects of Nexus' relationships with customers and partners, and contributing to team targets for the Public Key Infrastructure and Identity and Access Management product suites.
You will:
- Serve as the technical lead before and after a sale to ensure customer/partner satisfaction
- Improve Nexus' solution portfolio by sharing customer feedback with the engineering team
- Showcase and conduct well-structured product trainings and proof-of-concepts
- Work cross-functionally with Sales to grow the pipeline in the region
- Support internal and external product trainings
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you are a driven individual with an interest in innovative technology and security topics. You possess deep knowledge of sales organizations and can make efficient decisions. You must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 6 years' experience in security tech doing sales, pre-sales, and/or technical consulting. Familiarity with concepts like PKI, IAM, and HSMs is a plus.
