Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll collaborate with our customers to envision and build future-ready infrastructures, leveraging our portfolio of hardware, software, analytics, and services to ensure their vital applications run continuously, perform optimally, and scale with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business generation from assigned business verticals, accounts, enterprise customers, and M&E partners.
- Achieve quarterly and annual orders and sales plans assigned for verticals and/or accounts.
- Forecast sales & orders, sales activities to Sales head.
- Manage assigned customer accounts by inculcating positive business relationships with various stakeholders inside customer organization to increase share of wallet of key accounts.
- Identify new leads, generate sales proposal to meet customer requirement, and convert into sales.
- Implement M&E partner strategy for selected verticals/accounts by working closely with Contractor Partner Manager.
- Formulate winning strategy for every opportunity and lead efforts incorporating inputs from relevant stakeholders, from Pre-Sales, product management, channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, other equivalent qualifications may be considered.
- At least 2-5 years technical sales experience with proven track records.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably with exposure and experience in businesses related to Datacenter infrastructure, Mechanical and Electrical equipment, Engineering solutions.
