Business Manager - Vice President

Job Overview
The Treasury & Chief Investment Office (TCIO) is seeking a skilled Business Manager - Vice President to join their team in Asia. This role will play a pivotal part in managing the firm's assets and liabilities, ensuring comprehensive oversight of interest rate risk across main business lines.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic insights to drive growth and profitability.
  • Act as a key stakeholder, contributing to and driving projects and initiatives that impact TCIO operations in Asia.
  • Lead the implementation of business initiatives and ad hoc projects, managing the New Business Initiative Approval process across all disciplines.
  • Drive the business management priorities agenda and maintain comprehensive documentation, focusing on front office operations.
  • Address day-to-day business issues and queries from local and regional Treasurers, CIO Portfolio Managers, Lines of Business (LOBs), and control functions related to funding position, cash management, and funds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to the business, leading business initiatives, and managing liquidity risk. They will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, maintaining a robust control environment and driving the firm's success in Asia.
