The Investment Associate role offers a dynamic and challenging environment in which to work, supporting the Head of Transactions and contributing to the success of our industrial real estate investment activities across APAC.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening potential deals, conducting financial feasibility studies, and preparing investment recommendations. You will also support deal structuring and completions, as well as contribute to market research and data management related to the APAC industrial sector (mainly Data Centre and Logistics).

To be successful in this role, you will have a good degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics, with 4-7 years of private markets real estate investment experience focused on logistics and/or DC assets. Advanced financial modelling acumen and sound end-to-end deal cycle and transactional experience are also essential.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on growth, so we require someone who is self-motivated and able to operate independently while being part of a close-knit team. While current Asia exposure is preferred, candidates with appropriate sector and transaction management experience from other geographies will also be considered.
