  • Business Development: Identify market opportunities in the digital asset space, focusing on tokenization solutions for real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on the opportunities and risks in the digital assets ecosystem, while providing insights into regulatory developments and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product development, legal, and compliance, to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with client needs and ensure compliance with digital asset regulations.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of trends in digital assets, blockchain technology, and tokenization, ensuring the firm remains a thought leader and innovator in the space.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital assets or blockchain are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in digital assets, tokenization, or blockchain-related products. A proven track record in selling to institutional clients and high net worth individuals is essential.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenization processes, and digital assets. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages, particularly in Asian markets, are advantageous.
