Programme Management Office Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Programme Management Office Analyst Lead to support our project management team.
Job Description- Support project managers in project planning, processing invoices and raising purchase orders related to programme stakeholders identification, communication plan, organizing meetings, preparation of presentation materials and project execution.
- Maintain safekeeping of all programme artefacts, tracking of key risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, update of project plans, decision log, open actions and minutes of the meeting.
- Prepare and consolidate workstream updates for project status reporting, ensure documentation sign-offs are tracked and recorded, ensure programme processes are fully compliant with audit requirements.
- Proven PM experience supporting business initiatives/projects on middle or back office operations.
- Some experience guiding junior Project Management Office staff members.
- Dynamic individual who is a self-starter, high energy, drive and like working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written business communication skills, strong communicator and ability to learn quickly.
