We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Product Specialist to join our team at SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. as an Assistant Product Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing regional product data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product launch plans, working closely with the Global Product Management Team and suppliers to ensure successful product introductions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide product information and training, ensuring seamless execution of product launches.
- Monitor and report on product performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
What We Offer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in product launch management, preferably in the automotive brake industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
