Administrative Assistant

At Harmony Funeral Care, we are committed to providing exceptional service to bereaved families. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to support our funeral care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, editing of notices and photos, printing of collaterals, and responding to family texts. They will also be responsible for preparing invoices and chasing payments, as well as performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and sorting/compiling documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and management
- Editing and proofreading of notices and photos
- Printing and distribution of collaterals
- Responding to family texts and emails
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Chasing payments and resolving any issues
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and sorting/compiling documents
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the professional services industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Google Drive
