Healthcare Contact Centre Associate

The role of a Healthcare Contact Centre Associate involves handling patient inquiries and providing support services in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and messages from patients and the public regarding healthcare services
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and management
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing referral documents, maintaining department records, and preparing reports

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or call centre environments is preferred
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights
