Front Office Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Front Office Director to lead our aftermarket operations in the Asia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and steering strategic plans to drive business growth, managing short-term and mid-term action plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage strategic plans to sustain business growth through mid-term and long-term plans
- Manage short-term and mid-term action plans to achieve expected revenues and gross margin
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and drive relevant actions plans
- Manage customer support teams and associated workload/priorities
- Lead and develop team members to ensure customer satisfaction and balanced workloads
- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity
- Actively participate in HSE initiatives and corporate HSE programs
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree required
- More than 15 years of working experience with proven management role, preferably in the aviation industry
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Ability to evolve in an international environment with strong multi-cultural and multi-client challenges
- Ability to interface with internal stakeholders, including purchasing, finance, engineering, and workshops
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with good data and analytical skills
Specificity of the Job
The successful candidate will be required to travel mainly in the Asia region to support the business and teams.
