Front Office Director

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Far East Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk, reservations, and guest services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overall administration and operations of the Front Office, ensuring that all staff are working together to achieve ARR and occupancy goals.
- Develop and recommend strategies to improve processes and services, working closely with the Hotel Manager and Room Division Manager.
- Be proactive in analyzing trends and guest expectations, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service, with a focus on yield management and room inventory control.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Review and develop departmental programs to ensure the growth and development of future department heads.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.
- Knowledge of Opera System is an advantage.
