Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for regional service teams and partner networks.

  • Perform in-house repair, upgrade, and assembly of technical equipment.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring optimal equipment performance and longevity.
  • Develop and conduct equipment maintenance and operational training.
  • Manage inventory control and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and availability of parts.

General Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Operate and maintain specialized laboratory and IT equipment.
  • Utilize and maintain a CRM system for thorough documentation of all service activities and customer interactions.

Professional Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a relevant industry is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Software Skills: General IT proficiency with a preference for candidates who have experience with enterprise software such as CRM and CAD, in addition to MS Office.
