IT Support Specialist Role

The IT Support Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing high-quality service delivery to our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site support to senior executives, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
    • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals (Windows & macOS).
    • Perform device imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
    • Support meeting room AV/VC equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conferencing systems.
    • Manage printers and MFP devices, including UniFLOW troubleshooting.
    • Handle user queries and provide technical assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.
  • Experience with device imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
