We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at A PTE. LTD. as an HR cum Admin.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their administrative skills with experience in human resources.

As an HR cum Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Advertising, searching, and scheduling candidates for interviews
  • Handling administration and record-keeping documentation
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Supporting daily administration and operations matters
  • Preparing weekly Staff Attendance reports for monthly payroll
  • Processing MOM Work Passes (WP, S Pass, EP)
  • Managing leave and attendance records
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR cum Admin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office
