We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at A PTE. LTD. as an HR cum Admin.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine their administrative skills with experience in human resources.
As an HR cum Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Advertising, searching, and scheduling candidates for interviews
- Handling administration and record-keeping documentation
- Preparing employment contracts
- Supporting daily administration and operations matters
- Preparing weekly Staff Attendance reports for monthly payroll
- Processing MOM Work Passes (WP, S Pass, EP)
- Managing leave and attendance records
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR cum Admin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $4,000 - $5,500 per month, depending on experience.
