Warehouse Operations Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the entire warehouse operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery, utilizing industry-standard warehouse management systems, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall warehouse operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  • Optimize inventory management and control costs by leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Maintain a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including physical counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and ensuring data integrity in the WMS.

Requirements:

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of WMS, Microsoft Office applications, and strong leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift license or experience operating forklifts.
  • Physically capable of handling manual tasks.
