Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movement, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves tracking inventory levels, conducting stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track stock movement.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder products in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of products to optimize space and prevent product damage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • ITE or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, pivot tables).
