**Job Title:** Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and management of stock levels, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

You will work closely with supervisors to report any discrepancies or issues with inventory, and will be responsible for updating logs and documentation to ensure seamless inventory processing.

**Responsibilities**">
  1. Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including picking and filling orders.
  2. Sort, organize, and retrieve stock in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Package items correctly and scan delivered items to ensure quality control.
  4. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
  5. Stack and organize large bulk items safely and efficiently.
  6. Update logs and documentation for inventory processing accurately.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is desirable to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.
  • Experience in asset management, warehouse management, or IDC-related fields is highly valued.
  • Basic knowledge of IDC facilities is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Office tools such as Excel is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and accept overtime work occasionally.
