We are seeking an organized and experienced inventory control specialist to oversee all stock management for our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing the inventory department, ensuring efficient control of merchandise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting goods upon shipment arrival.
  • Picking, packing, and issuing of goods as required.
  • Audit and accurately record In/Out stock using enterprise resource planning system.
  • Verify goods against purchase agreements, delivery notes, and quantities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by regularly arranging, monitoring, and conducting inventory counts.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must.
  • Basic computer skills including ERP system, inventory system, and Microsoft applications are necessary.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, accuracy, and physical fitness are essential qualities.
Working Hours & Environment:
  • 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) with regular working hours.
