Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining precise and up-to-date inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This involves conducting regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits, investigating and resolving inventory variances quickly and efficiently, coordinating with receiving and shipping teams to ensure accurate inventory movement, monitoring and tracking stock levels, generating inventory reports to support decision-making and operational planning, and helping implement inventory control best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
* Proficient with WMS or inventory software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
* Able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Lean or 5S practices is a plus
* Forklift license is a plus
