Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced inventory control specialist to join our team. As an inventory control specialist, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, analyzing data, and making recommendations to optimize allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage stock and purchase order related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation
  • Generate and analyze reports to support demand/forecast/supply information and make appropriate recommendations
  • Understand the process of forecasting and replenishment of stock planning as well as concepts such as safety stocks and working stocks to maintain a healthy balance between overstock and out of stock
  • Ensure smooth coordination with forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouses
  • Assist in daily coordination with operations teams and warehouses
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company
  • Work closely with relevant parties to establish an efficient demand and supply process
  • Manage stock orders and allocation, ensuring stock levels across stores are healthy and within established KPIs
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial vehicle spare parts management or inventory control in the automotive industry
  • Experience with inventory control of thousands of line items is required
