Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Inventory Control Specialist to manage our inventory levels, oversee stock movements, and support the daily operations of our store and warehouse.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, theft, and damage.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications.
  • Record and document received items, including any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues with deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software.
  • Prepare and distribute regular inventory reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all inventory documentation is organized and easily accessible for review and auditing purposes.

Required qualifications include:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the M&E or construction industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
