Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock, and ensuring smooth inventory operations. This role involves tracking inventory movement, conducting stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that inventory meets the company's operational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring stock is tracked properly and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder products in a timely manner to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of products to optimize space and prevent product damage.
  • Monitor inventory stocks in warehouse and system.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on stock levels, movements, and audit findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITE or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Familiar with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, pivot tables).
