About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Prepaid Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

  • Support customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets
  • Help customers with SIM and router exchanges, as well as eSIM activations
  • Assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries

This is a full-time role that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
