Job Description

As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers in creating accounts and downloading our app. You will also guide them on using the app and navigating our microsite.

  • Assist customers with account creation and app downloads
  • Guide customers on using the app and navigating the microsite
  • Help customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets
  • Support SIM and router exchanges and eSIM activations
  • Assist with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
