Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to work with us on a 3-month prepaid ambassador project. This role involves interacting with customers to create accounts and download our app, guiding them on its usage, and navigating our microsite.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities. A solid understanding of customer service principles is essential for success in this role.

The working hours are from 12-9pm, Monday to Friday, with fixed Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will have the chance to develop your skills in customer service and communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with account creation and app downloads.
  • Guide customers on using the app and navigating the microsite.
  • Support SIM and router exchanges, eSIM activations, and prepaid top-ups.
  • Help with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
