Our Compliance and Quality Lead will be responsible for ensuring all processes comply with SFA, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and other food safety standards, maintaining comprehensive QA documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement structured QA/QC processes to enhance food safety and product quality, analyzing current workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Investigate root causes of quality and safety issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality gaps and inefficiencies.
- Conduct situational assessments to improve real-time decision-making in QA processes, recommending process improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
- Train production staff on food safety, quality control, and best practices, establishing clear SOPs for handling food products, hygiene, and equipment sanitation.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 6-8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the food manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and related food safety regulations is required.
