Strategic Partnerships Manager

Drive growth and expand our footprint within the partner ecosystem by building and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing a regional strategy to strengthen our relationship with Salesforce and AWS, drive revenue, deliver a best-in-class partner experience, and enhance our partnership ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to strengthen our relationship with Salesforce and AWS.
  • Become an expert on the APAC partner ecosystem, especially Salesforce and AWS.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partner stakeholders and our field teams operating in the APAC region.
  • Drive incremental revenue across the APAC region by identifying and creating joint opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by leveraging partners' customer bases and market reach within the region.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles in the SaaS industry, navigating diverse cultures, business practices, and languages across the region and working across multiple time zones.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, influencing C-Level executives, front-line managers, and individual contributors.
  • Results-driven mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

In the first month, you will develop an understanding of our Salesforce Service Cloud Integration and other API integrations into Salesforce, connect with leaders across the Alliances and Channels team, and audit existing APAC-specific enablement efforts and resources.

Within three months, you will start hitting your stride by leading internal trainings on Salesforce and AWS marketplace opportunities, setting up go-to-market strategies with external Partner contacts, and engaging with our Sales & Success leaders on identified opportunities.

Within six months, you will make a clear impact through driving revenue through Salesforce Service Cloud integration and partner-sourced deals, accelerating deals with partner involvement, and onboarding strategic new partners.

Within twelve months, you will optimize and manage additional Alliance and Channel partners to expand our reach and co-sell and account map to identify and drive sourced opportunities and pipeline from partners.
